Welcome to Zentryx Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and design/development services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Zentryx Studio provides professional web design, UI/UX design, and development services including but not limited to:
Landing page design and development
Multi-page website creation
SaaS dashboard design
Web application development
Brand identity and design systems
Performance optimization and consulting
2. Project Process
Our standard project workflow includes:
Discovery: Initial consultation to understand your requirements
Proposal: Detailed scope, timeline, and pricing quote
Deposit: 50% upfront payment to commence work
Design: Creative process with feedback iterations
Development: Pixel-perfect implementation
Launch: Final delivery and deployment support
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
50% deposit required before project commencement
Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before final files delivery
Payments accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Late payments may incur additional fees of 1.5% per month
4. Revisions and Feedback
Revision policies vary by package:
Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions included
Growth Package: Unlimited revisions until satisfaction
Elite Package: Unlimited revisions with priority support
Additional revisions outside the scope may be billed at our hourly rate of $150/hour.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
All custom design work and source files become your property
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts) are subject to their respective licenses
We may not transfer ownership of proprietary tools or frameworks we've developed
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
Provide clear and complete project requirements
Supply necessary content, images, and brand assets in a timely manner
Respond to feedback requests within 3 business days
Designate a single point of contact for project communication
Obtain necessary rights for any content provided
7. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on current workload. Delays may occur due to:
Late or incomplete client feedback
Scope changes or additional requirements
Third-party dependencies (hosting, integrations)
We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your project details, business information, and any proprietary data shared during our engagement. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
Client may terminate with written notice; fees for completed work are non-refundable
We may terminate if payment is not received or client is unresponsive for 30+ days
Upon termination, all completed work to date will be delivered after payment
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
